Donald Trump: Fighting with Obama & Letterman

Trading barbs as he immerses himself in the political arena, Donald Trump was on both the firing and receiving end of public tiffs with David Letterman and President Barack Obama over the past twenty-four hours.

The "Apprentice" mogul continued his belittling of the U.S. Commander-In-Chief during an event in Nevada on Thursday (April 28) in which he called Obama "stupid".

Trump told the Las Vegas casino audience, “Our leaders are stupid, they are stupid people. It’s just very, very sad.”

All of the negative banter seemed to get under the skin of late night talk show host David Letterman, who insinuated that Donald is a "racist" while chatting with his latest guest, Dr. Phil.

“It’s all fun, it’s all a circus, it’s all a rodeo – until it starts to smack of racism," Letterman told. Then asking Dr. Phil if he considers Trump a racist, the do-good doctor said, “I do not,” while adding that the self-proclaimed billionaire lacks the quality of thinking before speaking.

Seemingly not in agreement, Letterman then said, “If he comes back on this show, and I am not sure we want him back on this show under these circumstances, he ought to be prepared to apologize just for that kind of behavior.”

Katy Perry's Australian Purr Perfume Launch

Adding to the slew of celebrity-fronted scents, Katy Perry launched her new "Purr" fragrance in Melbourne, Australia earlier today (April 30).

The "E.T." singer looked radiant as she posed with her cat-shaped perfume bottle, wearing a shiny black and purple dress and black peep toe Christian Louboutin pumps.

Meanwhile, Katy, who is married to British funnyman Russell Brand, has just filed suit against Australia's "NW" magazine after they printed a claim that the she was involved in an "intimate relationship" with record producer Benny Blanco.

Perry filed legal papers against the publication earlier this week, which read, "By reason of the publication of the article the plaintiff (Perry) has been gravely injured in her reputation and feelings (and) has suffered distress, embarrassment and humiliation."

Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Welcome Baby Twins!

Following a false alarm earlier this month, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon spent their 3rd wedding anniversary welcoming two new additions to the family.

The "Glitter" star and her man are now officially proud parents of a healthy baby boy and girl - giving birth on Saturday (April 30) at 12:07PM ET in Los Angeles.

Miss Carey's rep, Cindi Berger, confirmed the baby news by telling the AP the the couple's daughter weighed in at 5 lbs., 3 oz., while her brother followed suit at 5 lbs. 6 oz.

Impressively predicting the possible anniversary twin arrival, Nick previously told press, "I'm not trying to be a psychic, but we renew our vows every year so ... It's probably going to be in the hospital this year. I can feel it. We got the minister coming in, so this gown will not be a wedding gown, but a hospital gown."

Meanwhile, Miss Berger told following the babies' arrival, "I spoke to both of them and they are both completely overjoyed."

Michael Buble Gets Married in Argentina

Michael Buble married Luisana Lopilato in a civil wedding ceremony in Argentina on Thursday.

Lopilato wore a violet-colored mini dress and carried a small bouquet of purple orchids. Buble wore a gray suit and silver tie.

The couple were greeted by a mob of fans who Lopilato tossed her bouquet to.

They plan to celebrate with a full ceremony in front of 300 guests at a mansion outside of Buenos Aires over the weekend. Next month, they will have a smaller wedding reception with Buble’s family in Vancouver.

Buble proposed to Lopilato in 2010 with an engagement ring by Minichiello.
